Since I’ve switched to a vegetarian diet, I thought for sure I would have to give up on my favorite Puerto Rican dishes, I’m happy that isn’t the case.
I make this every winter for my family and my kids love dipping the tostones in the broth. I hope you and your family enjoy it as well.
