For me, stress has always been the enemy. My body does not handle stress very well. I’ve had two stress related illnesses, shingles and a migraine that caused paralysis of my left arm. So you can imagine, why I take stress so seriously. I try my best to schedule in time to relax. That is right, I schedule my relaxation time and I do my best to avoid negative people like the plague.
