Tropical Fruit Smoothie

1-1/2 cups of Orange Juice
1 can (8 oz) crushed Pineapple, undrained
1 medium mango, peeled and cut into chunks
1 cup halved fresh strawberries
2 Medium kiwi fruit, peeled and quartered
1 tablespoon honey
14 ice cubes
1/2 cup club soda, chilled

Place half of the ingredients into the blender, and process until blended. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.

I was able to use all of the ingredients at once in my blender because it’s pretty big. I loved this recipe, the smoothie was sweet and full of zest. It’s perfect for first thing in the morning when you need to wake up, or if you need a mid day pick me up. I would suggest using one kiwi fruit instead of two, because it left that distinct kiwi taste in my mouth and just made me so thirsty! One kiwi would have been enough for us. Other than that, it’s a great smoothie and one I’m definitely making again!
