Spice things up at the dinner table.

A few days ago, on a trip to the store, I grabbed a magazine called “Taste of Home.” I’ve been getting really tired of eating pretty much the same meals. So I figured I’d spice things up, plus this gives me lots of recipes to share for Ms Latina’s Sabroso Saturdays. Well, the magazine was really neat, it has pages full of recipes from Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Dinner sides, and desserts; including sugar free and gluten free recipes. Another neat thing, is that the “pages” have perforated edges making handy recipe cards. My favorite thing about the recipe cards, is that it includes a photo and the nutrition facts. So on Tuesday I spent the entire day trying out new recipes! Since the recipes are long and detailed, I will be posting each recipe separately on the blog.

Enchilada Lasagna
